Speak up for #MomsEqualPayDay! Moms of color are paid as less than 50 cents for every dollar paid to dads. On average, moms make just 64 cents for every dollar paid to dads.

Across every state, mothers are paid less than fathers. And @IWPResearch finds that Latina and Black mothers face the largest wage gaps relative to White men. Moms deserve better. That means access to paid leave, subsidized child care, high-quality reproductive care including maternal health care, and stronger protections against pay and workplace discrimination. #MomsEqualPayDay #MotherhoodPenalty
